• Fully functional with no visible wear or scratches.
• No dust, fungus, additional markings, or odors.

• Light dust or minor marks and scratches visible.
• Rubber areas and grips undamaged.
• Lens mount intact and in good condition.

Good

• Fully functional with noticeable signs of use.
• Dust, scratches, or other cosmetic damage present.
• Screen shows wear or scratches.
• Rubber grips marked but secure.
• Lens mount shows light wear.
• Odor-free with smooth zoom and focus movement (for lenses).
  
  

Well Used

• Fully functional with significant signs of wear.
• Dust, scratches, or cosmetic damage evident.
• Screen and rubber grips show wear or looseness.
• Lens mount exhibits wear but remains functional.
• Smooth zoom and focus movement (for lenses).
  
  

Faulty
If your equipment has any of the following issues, please provide details in the message:

• Fungus or haze.

Additional Information Required

1. Manufacturer Warranty: Provide details about the remaining warranty period.
2. Shutter Count: You can find your camera’s shutter count by uploading a photo to:

   • Tools Science (Sony Alpha cameras).

If you’re satisfied with the quote, you can either bring your equipment to our store or mail it to us.

Confirmation
We’ll inspect and test the equipment to verify its condition matches the description. Once confirmed, we’ll deduct the agreed trade-in value from your new equipment’s price or transfer the payment directly to you.

Terms and Conditions

1. The online quote is an estimate and may vary based on the actual condition of the equipment upon inspection.
2. Items with fungus or faults are subject to acceptance at our discretion.
3. Customers must cover the return postage for equipment not accepted for trade-in.
